• Winter Break

    Students will have no school Monday, December 22, 2014 through Monday, January 5, 2015 and will return on Tuesday, January 6, 2015. We look forward to continuing a school year of successful learning!
    In an effort to save money, without impacting classroom instruction, District 50 will be closed December 24 through January 2. Normal business hours will resume January 5.

  • Skyline Students Visit Westy, Experience STEM

    The 2nd annual “Elementary Students Experience STEM Day” invited 27 Skyline Vista students to Westminster High School for a fun filled day of STEM activities with high school students.

    Put together by Westy STEM educator Jessica Messmer, Skyline students learned the meaning of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) and looked at different careers in these fields.

    When a terror attack brought down the World Trade Center towers in New York City, Gavin Sibayan felt like it was time to stand up for his country.

    When his war injuries left him partially paralyzed, he knew it was time to stand up for his children.

    January 6, 2015
    Modified Bell Schedule
    On January 6, 2015 Westminster High School students will attend school based on a modified bell schedule. On this day, students will attend their Academic Enrichment class prior to 1st block. Students will receive their 2nd semesters during this time. Class will begin at 7:05am for all students that morning.
